months before bottling. These wines combine lightness and fruitiness
with the concentration and body of Pinot Noir. They should be
enjoyed within four years of bottling.

Burgundy appellation authorized to blend two grape varieties -
60% Pinot Noir and 40% Gamay -, Burgundy Passetoutgrains are very
light, fruity wines, best drunk slightly chilled with cold cuts
or grilled meat. Matured exclusively in the vat, this wine is bottled
when six months old, and should be enjoyed in the two years following.
